License Renewal Information:

Renewal invoices for 2010 were mailed to all active licensees on October 1st.  If you have not received your renewal notice, you may click here to download the appropriate form.  Information and payment for sub-licensees should be included as part of the master licensee's renewal. Please make checks or money orders payable to "State Board of Examiners" and mail to the address on the invoice.

Renewals are currently being processed within 2-3 business days of receipt, and the new expiration date is displayed on this website immediately upon processing.  To check your license for the current expiration date, you may click here.  A 2009 expiration date means that the license has not yet been received and/or processed, a 2010 expiration date means that it has been received and processed.

Due to the large number of licenses being renewed, please allow 2-3 weeks for your printed license to arrive in the mail.

As a reminder, all licensees must have the required number of continuing education (CE) credits in order to be eligible for renewal.  The only exception is for individuals who were newly licensed after January 1, 2009.  Click here to check CE credits that have been submitted to the Board by the CE Providers.  If you have earned credits that are not yet in our system, please include a copy (not the original) of the certificate with your renewal.

Notification letters containing renewal information were  mailed to the last known address of licensees who expired in 2006, 2007, or 2008.  Licensees who expired in 2005 or previous years are not eligible for renewal, and must reapply for a license. Click here to download the appropriate application.
