IMPORTANT NOTICE

Following a public hearing, the publishing of proposed rule changes, and final approval by the North Carolina Rules Review Commission, new rules regarding licensing have been published and are this year. Many of the new rules became effective as of January 1, 2010, with others becoming effective on July 1, 2010. Please click here to read the new rules. Please note that rules that were not revised during this process will remain as published in the current Edition (October, 2007) of the Laws & Rules (commonly referred to as "the green book".) You may click here to download a copy of the new rules that can be inserted into the current Laws & Rules book.
