The Board currently has administrative officers assigned to five geographical regions across the state in order to effectively and efficiently address issues regarding licensing requirements.  The primary responsibility of these "field representatives" as they are often referred to, is the investigation of complaints that are received by the Board.  They are also available to provide information concerning the specific type of license required for a particular type of work, as well as the requirements that an individual must fulfill in order to obtain a license from the Board.
